Delivery Information

Delivery of your stuff is quite simple really, you can choose to have your order sent by Standard Delivery or by Special Delivery. We use Royal Mail for all our delivery options. We generally only deliver to the UK and only show the UK as an option, if you are elsewhere in the world then just order your stuff in the usual way and we will contact you to discuss postage prices.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery option doesn't cost you anything and your order is posted by either Royal Mail First Class Post or Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post depending on the size of your packaged order and up to a total packed weight of 2kg. Items that are sent by First Class are not guaranteed to arrive next day but often do and items posted by Standard Parcel Post are generally delivered within 3-5 working days.

Special Delivery

Our special delivery option costs you anywhere between £4.10 and £8.90 for packed orders weighing up to 2kg, any orders where the combined weight is more than 2kg we might send separate parcels to save you money where we can. Orders of a single item that, when packed, weighs more than 2kg can be sent Special Delivery but the costs set by Royal Mail increase steeply up to £18.50 so it might be best to choose Standard Delivery in these circumstances. Tracking your order

The order tracking that Royal Mail use lets you see the status of your order using the reference number we give you when you order.

You will need to go to the Track & Trace page on the Royal Mail web site to use this service.
