So, what does this mean to you when shopping OneOutdoors.co.ukWell, you now know that you are well protected when shopping from home. We would just like to add that we would like you to be absolutely completely satisfied with anything you purchase from OneOutdoors.co.uk and therefore invite you to contact us with any query you have about any of your purchases. We offer: ::Full refunds on anything you order and then choose not to keep, for any reason such as wrong size or wrong colour or it just wasn't what you were expecting. All we ask is that the tags are still on the product, that the product has not been damaged in anyway and that it has not been used for anything other than trying on. We suggest that anything you decide to return is packaged well and sent at least by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For delivery. You don't just get 7 days, or 30 days you get as long as you need up to 1 full year to return the product as just described and receive a full refund. ::We try our best to check every product, before it is posted out, for any defects. If you receive an item that is damaged, has signs of poor workmanship or even after using the product for it's intended purpose it doesn't perform as it is supposed to or it fails in someway then please just let us know.
