Purchased 2 pairs and used them for a 20mile moderate walk, as i suffer from hot feet syndrome they performed extremely well and kept my feet cool and dry Wonderful.

After trying several different types/brands of socks from thin one's that don't protect your feet to super padded one's that make your feet overheat and you loose any real contact with the boot/shoe your wearing... I've finally found some socks that fit well, maintain the right temperature and feel like a second skin - The 'Airforce one' sock..!!

The best socks by far!

These socks are the best thing i ever bought for my feet.

The socks incorporate lots of neat bits of technology to help keep your feet dry and cool.

They can be worn on multi day trips in both the summer and winter without ponging no matter how sweaty your feet get. They also dry very quickly so if you do feel the need to wash them mid trip you can do knowing you wont have long to wait until you can use them again.

The only downside is they are shaped for each individual foot...which is fine when putting them on during the day but not so good in the dark.

clever socks

silver is used in other clothing, but i was not sure of its merits in socks. however the air force one combines this with clever venting that prevents my feet from getting too hot and uncomfortable. they are even warm enough for colder conditions.

i recommend these socks to anyone as well as the rest of the x-socks range.
