The Montane NEW Venture Jacket has been slightly redesigned for 2007 and creates an excellent waterproof, breathable, durable package using all the benefits of eVENT fabric at an extremely accessible price.

eVENT is an excellent waterproof and breathable fabric and is a superb choice for waterproof outerware, but the requirements of the Venture Jacket from Montane went beyond waterproofness and breathability and needed nails.

The Venture is a really durable jacket and is made from eVENT Hurricance fabric and has reinforced areas (shoulder, bum and hips) which uses Freeflow Nailhead (nice name) fabric for even more durability.

This jacket is perfect for anyone carrying a backpack and concerned about the wear and tear at the contact points, the Venture Jacket takes care of all that and keeps you dry too.
