The Rab Mummy Silk Liner is designed for use in technical sleeping bags and follows their shape. There is no hood on these designs and weighs about 130g. If you have invested in a top quality down sleeping bag then you should really protect the bag and the down from dirt, sweat and general contamination - using a silk liner inside the bag when you sleep can protect the bag for you meaning that you don't have to get the bag cleaned.
