The Ranger bivi bag is intended for those who are watching their weight (on their back) and as such uses a tapered design to reduce the amount of fabric used. The bivi bag is made from a special type of waterproof eVENT fabric called Exchange Lite which basically means that it is super breathable and lets your CO2 escape and more oxygen in. The chest zip and glow in the dark zip heads are hidden behind a velcro storm flap. The bivi bag is supplied with an excellent Airstream Drysack.

Technical Information

The Ranger bivi bag is made from Exchange Lite eVENT fabric which allows your CO2 to escape and O2 in.

The Bivi Bag - The tapered design saves on weight. There is a 10,000mm HH laminated base to stop water entering the bag while you are lying on the ground. The side walls give the bag a bit of depth which allows your sleeping bag to loft properly and therefore maximise it's useful warmth. The chest high zip, hidden behind the storm flap, has glow in the dark zip heads.

The Weight - only 0.57kg and chest dimensions are 2150mm x 800mm which tapers to 400mm at the bottom.
